RTS Index. The RTS Index (RTSI) is an index of 50 Russian stocks (as of March 15th, 2007) that trade on the RTS Stock Exchange in Moscow. The list of stocks is being reviewed every 3 months by the RTS Information Committee. The index value is calculated in a real-time mode. RTS also computes and publishes the RTS-2 Index and 5 sectoral indexes. Russia's RTS Index year-to-date is the best performing stock market globally with +37% return in U.S. dollar terms, ahead of 2 nd best performer Greece with +34.5%.. Since 2008 RTS moved under the strong resistance line and was lucky built a support line.
